Terms and conditions

Give us a call or E-mail ,we will be in touch with you within 24 hours of receipt of the intimation.
All information given in this brochure is based on the information available at the time of publication. We reserve the right to change any brochure information before or after your booking the tour due to any events beyond our control. In case if we are aware of any changes sufficiently in advance we will notify you at the time of booking. Major road works may necessitate route changes in the itineraries, the restaurants may close or change management. All of these may cause us to make changes in the itineraries. Where we may know of these sufficiently in advance we will notify you.

How to reserve a particular tour package?
For reservations, kindly forward us an email to support@myhappytours.com or booking@myhappytours.com clearly mentioning the exact travel date and the code of the package.
If you require a customized package, other than what is published in the website, you can use the link for “Customized Tour Packages”.
Published Package prices are based on a minimum of two persons traveling together, sharing twin bedded accommodation and conveyance.
During peak seasons , Packages will cost 25% extra to the quoted tariffs and full payment is required to be sent in advance.

Booking made within 15 days of departure will require full payment in advance for the service.

How to book:

For reservations, kindly forward us the exact travel dates. 50% of the total package cost has to be deposited as advance payment, on confirmation of the package, the balance amount should be paid 15 days prior to your departure(except few packages which have different booking procedures).
On our receipt of your completed booking form and the applicable payment, “MyHappyTours “ will issue a final package and confirmation vouchers, and it is at this stage that a binding contract comes into existence between you and “MyHappyTours “. Your confirmation voucher will indicate your requested package cost and you will be advised of accommodation.

Mode of Payment
Payment can be made by Fund Transfer/ Cheque / Demand Draft. Overseas payment can be made through Wire/Telegraphic/Swift Transfer.
The fund transfer should be made to the following SBI , Bank Current Account.

Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully.
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

Cancellation of Package Tour
If you or any member of group wishes to cancel the travel/ holiday due to any reason/s, the person made the booking must inform us in writing or by E-mail with a phone call to : +91 9642966272 or +91 9494187020 . The date of cancellation will be the date on which your cancellation letter received in our Regd. Office or the E-mail.

Cancellation charges are different for different packages. It solely depends on cancellation policies of different Hotels, Resorts, Houseboats, Transporters etc. and will be understood at the time of cancellation only.

Cancellation of Hotel Booking :

Cancellation policies for Hotels are solely depended on hotels. The booking and cancellation conditions are explained during the booking process.

The guests can see these conditions when making the booking. The guest receives right after booking a confirmation of his reservation via e-mail. In this e-mail is a button to cancel the booking.

When the guest clicks on this button he will be linked to a page where he can cancel the reservation

Itinerary And Tour Alterations

Management holds the right to cancel the tour/ travel service due to circumstance beyond their control. In such cases management is not liable for any cancellation charges borne by the customer due to cancellation of pre booked air/train tickets. In the unlikely event of such cancellations you will have the option of choosing an alternative comparable holiday or a full refund of the money received.

From time to time or due to circumstances beyond our control the company reserve its right to alter any of the arrangement in connection with tour at any time before or after the departure date. Where such alteration may be material we will be informing you the same as early as possible. We are not liable for any refund in such case, whereas the same have been made for your good only.

We have mentioned the names of the Hotels for each tour, we reserve the right to change the same due to unavoidable circumstances. In that case we may provide alternative, similar accommodation for which we are not liable to pay any refund. We will not be responsible or liable in case of loss of property or life at the Hotel. Similarly any damages caused to the hotel rooms during your stay, shall be payable by the Clients and theCompany will not be liable for the same.

If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons including death, accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client.

Customised tour packages

Customized Tour Package are special tour packages for our Customers.
Any Customized Tour Package takes minimum 10-15 working days to process.
Customized Tour Package may be regretted due to lack of Hotels, transportation problem, road problem, not suitable climate, political disturbence etc.

Customized Tour Package is possible in India only.

Our Liabilities And Limitations

“MyHappyTours “ act only in the capacity of an agent for the hotels, transporters, contractors providing other services & all exchange orders, receipts, contracts & tickets issued by us are subject to the terms & conditions under which these service are provided by them.

All itineraries are sample itineraries and intended to give a general idea of the likely trip/ tour. Factors such as road condition, weather, physical ability of the travelers etc may change the itineraries and the same may be for the safety, comfort and well being of the guest.

The package price does not include the charge of passport, visas, airfare of any kind, airport taxes and fees, items of personnel nature, baggage charges, personal and baggage insurances etc.

We shall not be liable for any alterations in the itinerary due to your late coming, flight cancellation, sickness, etc.
We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property or other wise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services resulting – directly or indirectly- from any act of god, fire, theft, accident, breakdown of transport, strikes, government regulations, or any other causes beyond our control .
We shall not be responsible for any Death of the tourist while on tour and all applicable rules and procedures of law are to be followed strictly and all procedures pertaining to the death will have to be tackled and handled by the tourist or their relatives at their own cost and consequences.

We shall not be responsible for any injury, loss, personal harm, death or damage caused to any person or property by the act or default of the management or employees or agents of any independent contractor(like driver of the car).

We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, injury, illness, death, loss or damage to property/person. Visitors are advised to take such insurance arrangements on their own or from their home country at all times at the clients risk.
Jurisdiction

For all claims, disputes of whatsoever nature relating to the tours operated, marketed or coordinated by My Happy Tours, the courts in Visakhapatnam shall alone have jurisdiction and the laws of Republic of India shall apply.
