Cancellation
If you or any member of group wishes to cancel the travel/ holiday due to any reason/s, the person made the booking must inform us in writing or by E-mail with a phone call to : +91 9642966272 . The date of cancellation will be the date on which your cancellation letter received in our Regd. Office or the E-mail. Cancellation charges will apply on the following scale.

Less than 48 hrs NO SHOW: NO REFUND The above deductions are to safeguard our administration charges and other advances paid out.
Itinerary And Tour Alterations
Management holds the right to cancel the tour/ travel service due to circumstance beyond our control. In the unlikely event of such cancellations you will have the option of choosing an alternative comparable holiday or a full refund of the money received.
From time to time or due to circumstances beyond our control the company reserve its right to alter any of the arrangement in connection with tour at any time before or after the departure date. Where such alteration may be material we will be informing you the same as early as possible. We are not liable for any refund in such case, whereas the same have been made for your good only.
We have mentioned the names of the Hotels for each tour, we reserve the right to change the same due to unavoidable circumstances. In that case we may provide alternative, similar accommodation for which we are not liable to pay any refund. We will not be responsible or liable in case of loss of property or life at the Hotel. Similarly any damages caused to the hotel rooms during your stay, shall be payable by the Clients and theCompany will not be liable for the same.
If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons including death, accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client.
Customised tour packages
Customized Tour Package are special tour packages for our Customers.
Any Customized Tour Package takes minimum 10-15 working days to process.
Customized Tour Package may be regretted due to lack of Hotels, transportation problem, road problem, not suitable climate etc.
Customized Tour Package is possible in India only.
Our Liabilities And Limitations
“MyHappyTours “ act only in the capacity of an agent for the hotels, transporters, contractors providing other services & all exchange orders, receipts, contracts & tickets issued by us are subject to the terms & conditions under which these service are provided by them.
All itineraries are sample itineraries and intended to give a general idea of the likely trip/ tour. Factors such as road condition, weather, physical ability of the travelers etc may change the itineraries and the same may be for the safety, comfort and well being of the guest.
The package price does not include the charge of passport, visas, airfare of any kind, airport taxes and fees, items of personnel nature, baggage charges, personal and baggage insurances etc.
We shall not be liable for any alterations in the itinerary due to your late coming, flight cancellation, sickness, etc.
We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property or other wise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services resulting - directly or indirectly- from any act of god, fire, theft, accident, breakdown of transport, strikes, government regulations, or any other causes beyond our control .
We shall not be responsible for any Death of the tourist while on tour and all applicable rules and procedures of law are to be followed strictly and all procedures pertaining to the death will have to be tackled and handled by the tourist or their relatives at their own cost and consequences.
We shall not be responsible for any injury, loss, personal harm, death or damage caused to any person or property by the act or default of the management or employees or agents of any independent contractor(like driver of the car).
We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, injury, illness, death, loss or damage to property/person. Visitors are advised to take such insurance arrangements on their own or from their home country at all times at the clients risk. |
