| DAY 1: NJP TO GANGTOK Morning pick up from New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) / Bagdogra (IXB) –transfer to Gangtok – Gangtok the capital of Sikkim Suits all from tranquility to adventure, land of monastery, mystic rituals & festivals at an height of 1670 meters / 5480 feet and is the most visited spot of India. It is one of the most beautiful town with varieties of Rhododendron, Orchids and butterflies – Nearly 120 kilometers 4 hours drive – Check into Gangtok hotel – Evening free to roam around MG Road (Mall) or local Shopping center – Over Night stay at Gangtok. |
| DAY 2: FULL DAY SIGHTSEEING TO TSOMGO LAKE AND BABA MANDIR. NATHULA PASS (OPTIONAL) SIGHTSEEING, IF ROAD IS CLEAR Morning breakfast at hotel – Excursion to Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir nearly 40 kilometers and 2 hours drive along the Kyongnosla Alpine Sanctuary, the home to the red panda and the blood pheasant with Rhododendron and other alpine trees along the road – Situated at an elevation of 3753 meters / 12310 feet – The Lake is oval shaped lake nearly 50 feet deep – Generally covered in snow for most of the year the year – This lake is home to the Brahmini ducks & many migratory birds – Nearby is the sacred Baba Mandir known to be a very holy site for all – Nathu La Pass to Republic of China is nearly 20 kilometers and is optional tour – Back to Gangtok – Evening free to roam around M G Road (Mall) or local Shopping center – Over Night stay at Gangtok |
| DAY 3: GANGTOK LOCAL SIGHTSEEING AND TRANSFER TO DARJEELING Morning Breakfast -Drive for visit to Enchey Monastery, Barthang waterfalls, Nam Nang view point, Ropeway, Flower Show, Directorate of Handicrafts & Handloom, Research Institute of Tibetology& Do DrulChorten (Stupa).etc – Back to hotel – After lunch transfer to Darjeeling– Nearly 110 Kilometers 4 hours drive- At an height of 2123 meters / 70001 feet lies the land of breathtaking beauty, sloping tea gardens with spectacular views of the Mount Everest is the Queen of the hills – It is also home to the famous World Heritage train – The Darjeeling Himalayan Railway (DHR) – Evening free to stroll around the Mall area or Chowk Bazaar – Overnight stay at Darjeeling. |
| DAY 4: TIGER HILL AND DARJEELING SIGHTSEEING Early morning at around 3:45 AM drive to 8000 feet / 2440 meters through primitive forests of oak, magnolia to Tiger Hill to view sunrise over Kanchendzonga Peak (subject to clear weather) – On the way back visit Ghoom Monastery, Peace memorial &Batasia Loop – Back to hotel for breakfast – After breakfast rest for half an hour and next round of sight seeing – Half Day city tour includes Padmaja Naidu Zoological Park, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Closed on Thursday), Ropeway, Tensing Gumpo Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self Help Center (Closed on Sunday), Tea Estate, Natural History Museum (Sunday Closed), Peace Pagoda – Back to hotel – Evening free to stroll around the area – Overnight stay at Darjeeling. |
| DAY 5: DARJEELING DEPART Morning breakfast -Transfer to New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) / Bagdogra (IXB) – Nearly 80 Kilometers 3 hour drive- Drop at Railway station. |

Alternatives will be offered whenever possible. My Happy tours cannot be held responsible for any closures, necessary itinerary changes or curtails for any reason.

| Note: For Nathula & Tsongmo Lake Permits, each person of your group including children, need to bring 4 Passport size photographs & One Original Government issued Photo ID with Address such as Drivers License, Adhaar Card, Voter ID or Passport. For Children Irrespective of age, you need to bring their original Birth Certificate or School Id.
Note: Sikkim Government and the Indian Army reserve the right to cancel all trips to Nathula or Tsongmo lake on any given day without prior notice. ( Nathula is closed on Monday & Tuesday) Note: In eventuality of Landslide or Nathula and Tsongmo Lake permits getting cancelled. The Sikkim government does not refund the application fees or permit fees. (So no refund will be made) In such cases an alternative sightseeing will be provided. Note: In Case any road is closed due to Landslide or any other reason, you have to pay the Extra amount for off route Journey to reach the destination. ** All Cars will be provided as Point to Point Basis not on Disposal basis. ** Supplementary cost for Nathula is Appx. Rs. 3000/3500 per Car(May vary in High Peak Season)

- Cars will be provided as point to point basis not on disposal basis.
- Extra usage of Car / Bus will be charged extra.
- All toll, parking fee, driver bata& fuel cost included.
COST EXCLUDES:
- Expenses of personal nature such as hard/soft drinks, entrance charges, still/video camera fees at monuments, laundry, phone/fax, tips & gratuities.
- Coolie &Porterage charges.
- Any items not specified in the inclusions list.
- Entry fees to monuments and palaces, any boat rides and special activities.
- Any winter garments to be hired etc.
- Room Heater cost will be extra and to be borne by Guests.
- Any meals, accommodation or services not mentioned in ‘includes’ list.
- Flight/Train tickets.
- Any increase in fuel costs.
- Extras, other than mentioned in the Itinerary have to be paid directly by the guest.
- Expenses caused by factors beyond our control, like Rail and Aero plane delays, roadblocks, vehicle mal-functions, natural calamities, landslides, political disturbances (strikes) etc.
- Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements.
- Travel Insurance.
